At House of Ayurveda, we strive to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your order details. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

All return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return or exchange request, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.

This video will be used as proof in case of:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product delivery

Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Online bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after the return request window

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and share:

  • Order number

  • Product images

  • Unboxing video

Our team will review the request and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
